This stunning Antique Shaker Locket dates back to around the late 1880s, the end of the Victorian era.

42 lustrious seed pearls border the exterior of the locket, and 8 further creamy pearls encrust the front of the bale, leaving none of this pendant/locket untouched by delicate detail.

This locket opens at the rear via a hinge to allow a picture, lock of hair or loose gems to be placed inside. This circular locket measures 2.5 x 3.6cm (including the pearl bale) and it weighs 6.71g
