These disc-shaped earrings are set in 18k grey gold and hand-carved in pink opal, with a glistening rose-cut diamond at each earring’s centre, designed to symbolise “the seed of life,” designer Noor Fares says. The delicate pink opal drops sit on 18k grey gold hoops, from which they can be removed. The opal’s subtly textured surface is a feature of the Inle collection, with this detail inspired by the jewellery created by women in Myanmar’s Shan State.
