this locket strikes a balance between dainty and sturdy, which makes it a perfect candidate for an everyday pendant holding memories. it's a victorian era design, but dates later, likely circa 1940s. the inside has a matte, almost-bloomed finish and bright yellow hue, the outside has a higher shine, but decades of time-earned patina and surface dulling.
